PacRim Properties' Property Management Department has 5 full time licensed professional property managers who are committed to your investment property. Once we qualify a tenant via references and criminal and credit checks, we sign the lease and collect the agreed upon rent and security deposit. We meet the tenant when they take possession of the rental and do an initial walkthrough with a written checklist, photos and or video to document the properties condition. We collect and deposit rents on a monthly basis, coordinate effected repairs with your approval, make recommendations on preventive maintenance, especially in anticipation of our harsh winters. Our managers and bookkeepers provide owners with monthly financial statements, we pay invoices and disperse money to owners.
